I've been offline for most of the day today as we've had thunderstorms rolling through the area for most of the day. Besides that market pickings are pretty slim, of course as soon as I say that I'll stumble across a dozen or so markets.
Anyhoo, Shroud has opened for submissions and they're a paying (they've increased the amounts) market. Just be aware when submitting through their submittable account that they have two sections that require fees to submit. In exchange for the fees you're given a critique of your work.
