Well, this is interesting. The Big Click is open for submissions but only for a short time and for certain writers. Here's a quote from the guidelines.
"We are temporarily open to unsolicited submissions only from
proles, people of color, women, people of trans* experience, and other
writers whose perspectives are underrepresented in crime fiction. Send
submissions and questions to sethcadin at gmail.com."
It's a small window so get those subs in quickly. Payment is $100.
