A Writer's View

LJ Sellers has a guest post over at Poe's Deadly Daughters about pen names. What I like about the post is her position that a writer's brand is their name, not a series or platform that they've created for themselves. http://poesdeadlydaughters.blogspot.com/2011/09/are-pen-names-becoming-pointless.html

TN Tobias has an interesting post about unlikable characters that bring a book to life. http://tnt-tek.com/writing/do-we-have-to-like-characters-for-them-to-be-interesting/

And Bryan Thomas Schmidt assures us that our writing doesn't have to be absolutely perfect for us to let it go. http://bryanthomasschmidt.net/2011/09/14/lessons-in-letting-go-the-author-and-his-babies
